We recognise the unique demands of sport and the importance of strong mental health alongside performance.
Sweet Spot provides individual therapy for athletes, with sessions focused on mental health concerns and overall wellbeing.
While sports performance will be discussed where relevant, our primary goal is to support athletes in managing mental health challenges. For younger athletes, families are encouraged to be involved in the therapy process.

Time: 50 minutes
Cost: $200
A medicare rebates of $98.97 is available if you have a mental health care plan from your General Practitioner / Specialist.

No fee is charged if more than 48 hours notice is provided via email. This allows us time to fill the appointment.
Cancellation within 48 hours incurs a $100 cancellation fee. Non-attendance without any notice also incurs a $100 fee.
