HOW TO BOOK

To enquire about booking a session, please complete the enquiry form on the contact us page. Alternatively, email admin@sweetspotpsychology.com.au with the relevant information (e.g., who the session is for, and your contact details). We will get back to you within 72 hours.

You will then be sent an automated intake form to collect the required personal information.

Your GP or specialist doctor can provide you a Mental Health Care Plan referral (MHCP). This entitles you to 6 sessions, followed by an additional 4 sessions after a review by your doctor. You will receive a medicare rebate for these 10 sessions of $98.97 per appointment and is paid within 1-2 business days.

If you have a mental health care plan, please either bring it with you to your initial consult, email it to us (admin@sweetspotpsychology.com.au), or ask the GP clinic to email it to us.

You are welcome to pay the full fee privately if you wish to do so.

Yes we accept clients who wish to claim sessions using private health. Our clinic does not have the HICAPS terminal available; however, the receipt provided includes the item code for you to claim from your Private Health Insurance provider independently.
